On Saturday, 18th January 2020 we have planned an easy group run in the beautiful F9 Park Islamabad.

The route would also include the jungle part of the F9 park. So be prepared for an awesome offroad running experience!

We shall start at 7:30 AM sharp from Bara Dari near the gate opposite to the F10 markaz. The whole loop will be approximately 7 km. It will be an easy-paced run so beginners are welcome to join. Runners will have the choice to either run 3 to 4 km and return from the jungle or the whole 7 km Loop!
