The Islamabad Duathlon is an annual calendar event organized by Islamabad Run With Us (IRU) every November. The 3rd edition of the Islamabad Duathlon is scheduled for Sunday, 16th November 2025. Mark your calendars for another fantastic race experience!
There are two main race categories: Sprint and Olympic, both offering solo and team options for participation. Early bird registration starts in September 2025—stay tuned for further updates!
Islamabad Duathlon 2025 Date Update
Islamabad Duathlon was initially announced for Sunday, 16th November 2025.
However, we are still in the process of getting the route approval, and to ensure a smooth, safe and well-managed race for everyone, we are planning to move the event to Sunday, 7th December 2025.
Please note:
The 7th December date is not yet final. It is tentative and depends on official approvals. We wanted to keep our community informed in advance so you can plan your training and travel accordingly.
As soon as we receive the final route clearance, we’ll share the official confirmation and full race details across all our platforms.
