Islamabad Marathon 2026 – The Spirit of a Nation Running Together !
Organised by Islamabad Run With Us (IRU), Pakistan’s first and largest running community. The 6th Edition of the Islamabad Marathon will be held on Sunday, January 25th, 2026.
The Islamabad Marathon is the largest running event in Pakistan and the first of its kind, completely community-driven international marathon, uniting thousand of runners from Pakistan & across the globe in the heart of the capital city.
Since its inception, this flagship event has welcomed athletes and enthusiasts from Europe, North America, Africa, the Middle East, and Asia, celebrating the universal spirit of endurance and togetherness. Each year, it showcases Islamabad’s natural beauty and vibrant community, making it one of the most scenic and inspiring running events in South Asia.

Full Marathon (42.2 KM)
Half Marathon (21.1 KM)
10 KM Race
5 KM Race
Kids Fun Run
There will be separate categories for Males and Females in all races.
Cash Prizes will be awarded to the top three positions in every category.
All finishers will receive official race medals (valid for registrations completed by January 15th, 2026).
