She Runs Free is IRU’s new annual women-only running event, launching in October 2026. 

Islamabad’s first-ever women-only race.

This 5KM women only  race is dedicated to celebrating and promoting an active, confident, and empowered lifestyle for women, creating a safe and inclusive space to run free and strong.

Cash prizes await top finishers.

Tickets go live in July 2026.
